A practice aimed at strengthening the team spirit for company executives.
- What we did:
- collaborated with a theater expert to design a program addressing the company’s specific challenges, helping executives reach corporate solutions faster and more effectively
- found a suitable venue
- procured and set up the necessary equipment
- organized a reception upon completion
New Year corporate event for FaceApp
A cozy, family-style corporate event with a fluid art masterclass.
- What we did:
- Chose a cozy city cottage as the venue
- Decorated the living room and table with New Year decor and dressed the Christmas tree
- Coordinated the menu with the client and provided Russian-style catering
- Organized a joint activity for children and adults — creating a fluid painting
- The next day, delivered the dried paintings and especially popular pastries to the client’s office
Corporate Event for Veeam
A large-scale corporate event for an IT company with 200 participants in a Flower Power theme.
- What we did:
- Developed a vibrant Flower Power concept with a full-day program
- Found a large, beautiful venue, decorated and zoned it
- Welcomed guests at the company office and transported them to the venue by bus
- Managed all guest needs during the event
- Packed all remaining food into containers and, along with leftover bottles of wine, sent them to the office
- The event featured several zones and activities:
- Reception and barbecue area
- Large tables with masterclasses on weaving bracelets and wreaths from fresh flowers
- Fluid art masterclass in the shade of trees
- Board game corner
- Dance area with a DJ
- Basketball court and table tennis
Peredelanoconf
A cocktail of an IT conference, a house party, and a meetup. We have already organized 3 meetups in Yerevan and are not planning to stop.
- What we did:
- Found speakers and provided them with all the necessary equipment
- Selected the venue and assembled the team: venue manager, bartender, chef
- Prepared the venue, welcomed guests, and handled issues during the event
- Shot photo and video content
Science Slam
A battle of scientists on the stage of a stand-up club. Before us, no one had done this in Armenia.
- What we did:
- Found and prepared speakers, provided them with all the necessary equipment
- Launched advertising and sold tickets. On the day of the event, all tickets were sold out
Secret Party
A secret party in a large hangar outside the city.
- What we did:
- Came up with an interesting concept: until the day of the party, people did not know any details
- Developed the program: a performance, an acting masterclass focused on releasing tension, a masterclass on creating a mysterious mask, and dancing to techno
- Found an unusual venue (a pétanque club — a hangar outside the city, which the owners designed specifically for techno parties)
- Created an original bar menu (each guest could take a risk and try a “secret cocktail”)
- Created a Telegram bot for registration
- Came up with and filmed several videos and launched them in advertising
- Attracted more than 100 people
